Pay £10.50 - £10.80 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the young person’s independence and growth, developing their life skills and opportunities
Supporting young people within their own home environment, ensuring that they feel safe and cared for, helping with tasks and teaching life skills
Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities, to school and to appointments
Building relationships and trust with young people
Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care to ensure the highest standard is always achieved
The ideal Worker must have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience working with children and Young People.
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People (preferred)
A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for working with young people and the ability to complete necessary OFSTED related paperwork
The successful applicant will be appointed subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS check.

Complete audits such as medication, finance, support plans and health and safety.
Building relationships and trust with young people
Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care to ensure the highest standard is always achieved
The ideal Worker must have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience working with children and Young People.
