Jay

DIRECTOR & RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL
Jay has a wealth of qualifications and extensive experience in healthcare management, compliance and leadership.

Jay has worked within health and social care sector for over 15 years. She has worked within a variety of settings and under the NMC. CQC and OFSTED.
Jay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Care and a Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing.
Jay is currently undertaking an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Vera

REGISTERED MANAGER
Vera has worked within the social care sector for over 10 years; working as a senior social worker for the most part of her working carer.

Vera is very conversant with the legislation and regulations that applies to Children. Vera has demonstrated strong leadership and management abilities working with a multidisciplinary team around the child.
Vera holds an MA in Social Work.
Vera is currently undertaking an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Michelle

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Michelle has extensive experience working with children.

She was a registered childminder with Ofsted for 13 years and worked closely with Hampshire Local Authority to provide respite care for children with LD and Autism in addition to supporting families to prevent their children from going into the fostering system by providing 26-day emergency care.
Michelle has a background in Quality & Risk Management and holds an NVQ 5 in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People and an NVQ 7 in Senior Leadership in addition to her early qualifications in Quality Management and Quality Control and Assessments.
